What is Surf Sports?
Surf sports is a mix of ocean and beach events including swimming, board paddling, running, and lifesaving skills. It’s about learning to handle the surf safely while competing in a supportive team environment. You don’t need experience — just a willingness to give it a go.
Getting Started
Members must hold a current SRC or Bronze Medallion (or age-appropriate award), be financial club members, complete required patrol hours, and be registered with Surf Life Saving Australia.
Reach out to the club to have a chat about how you can get started to gain qualification to be able to compete this season.
