Well the trek down to Mackay is over for another year, and what a trip.
It was good to hear that all returned to Cairns safely although Megan Scott did have a get together in Townsville, I understand that apart from the car, all are well. Megan if there is anything we can do please give me a call.
The Champion Lifesaver, Pool Competition and the Carnival all seemed to proceed very well and the results achieved were outstanding. Congratulations to all competitors, the standard of behavior , standard of competition and the general conduct of all involved was first class.
A special thank you to all Team Managers, Age Managers, Age Assistants, Water Safety, Officials and organizers for without your efforts these carnivals just do not happen. Thanks again.
I trust that all involved enjoyed the weekend and we look forward to a bigger and better presence from Ellis Beach next year.
By way of feedback would you please give me your thoughts on the Carnival, what was good, what was not so good and how things may be improved both from a Carnival point of view and from the Ellis point of view.
Once again thank you to all involved, you should be proud of yourselves.
