Each week parents are required to give a hand in the kitchen please make yourself available to help out.
Urgent - Water Safety Officials
Tuesday, May 27th, 2008As the club is growing each season, we always need people to do water safety at carnivals.
We desperately need new parents to help out with the water safety as it is for all the children, all you need to do is your Surf Rescue Certificate or Bronze Medallion. Assistance with this would be a great help towards the club.
Another option as well to be part of helping the club is if more parents would like to become Officials as well. The club has to provide 1 to 10 ratios for Water safety and Officialling for each area so if we cannot get parents to take on these roles everyone will not be able to compete or the club will be fined for not giving the right amount of people at carnivals.
Each year we have had the same people putting their hands up to either Official or do Water Safety so that members can compete we need more parents to step up and help out with these jobs at carnivals.
If you are interested in either of these jobs please contact Peta at the club and she can inform you of what you have to do to obtain this.
